Yerevan finds new deputy Mayor in former vice premier![]() September 23, 2022 - 15:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Former Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Tigran Avinyan has been appointed the Deputy Mayor of the capital of city of Yerevan, according to a decision approved by the City Council on Friday, September 23. No member of the City Council voted against the election of Avinyan who this became the city fifth Deputy Mayor.
