  Glandale Hills CJSC will get governmental guarantees for AMD 2 billionApril 16, 2009 - 21:04 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - RA Government will grant credit guarantees for AMD 2 billion to Glandale Hills CJSC, Municipal Engineering Minister Vardan Vardanyan told at governmental meeting on Thursday.Government granted 2-year guarantees for the company to obtain 2-year bank crediting with Laibor+7 annual interest rate. Funds will be allocated to housing stock construction in rural regions of Lori and Shirak in Armenia Property and territory mortgage agreement will be signed with Glandale Hills CJSC in accordance with Governmental Purchases contract of Jan. 16, 2009.
