Azeri MFA concerned over Turkish journalists' visit to NKR

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azeri Embassy in Turkey is checking information whether Turkish journalists really intend to visit Nagorno Karabakh. According to MFA spokesman Elkhan Polukhov, the Ministry instructed the Azeri embassy in Turkey to clarify whether Turkish journalist really intend to visit the "occupied territory of Azerbaijan," reported Novosti Azerbaijan. Polukhov said TRT impugned information on the visit and noted they did not receive any invitation to visit NKR.

A group of Turkish journalists visiting Armenia in the framework of BSEC Foreign Ministers Summit said they will pay a one day visit to NKR on April 18. Turkish journalists told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter that the goal of their visit is to see NKR, where neither of them has ever been before. The delegation consists of journalists from TRT, TRT-2, Zaman newspaper and some other Turkish media.
