EU envoy off to Turkey after short Armenia trip

PanARMENIAN.Net - ‌‌‌EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar has traveled to Turkey after a short trip to Armenia on December 8-9.

“Short visit but substantive meetings in Yerevan with PM Nikol Pashinyan, DPM Mher Grigoryan and FM Ararat Mirzoyan,” Klaar tweeted.

“Now off to Istanbul.”

When in Yerevan, Klaar and Pashinyan discussed issues related to the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, the latest developments related to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, as well as questions on ensuring the rights and security guarantees of the Karabakh Armenians,.
