CHAIRMAN OF CE COMMITTEE OF MINISTERS TO VISIT ARMENIA AND AZERBAIJAN

PanARMENIAN.Net - Chairman of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, Luxembourg foreign minister Lidi Polferi will visit Armenia and Azerbaijan in July. Let us note that PACE Azeri delegation representative had the next fit of hysteria two days before Polferi's spoke in Strasbourg on unifying international efforts against terrorism. Deputy Rafael Huseynov stated that allegedly "Armenia develops mass annihilation weapons in cooperation with Russia." He even noted that Armenia allegedly "harbors representatives of terrorist organizations." In this regard the deputy was interested whether the European Council intended applying sanctions against Armenia.
