  RA President confers Order of Honor on Andranik MihranyanApril 18, 2009 - 21:19 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed an edict to confer the Order of Honor on Russian political scientist Andranik Mihranyan for contribution to development of the Armenian-Russian relations.The Order of Honor is conferred for advocacy of national interests of the Republic of Armenia, development of democracy and contribution to peace between nations. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
