  Azerbaijani special services spreading fake news about Karabakh evacuation January 25, 2023 - 12:36 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The National Security Service of Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) reports that the Azerbaijani special services are spreading fake documents on Facebook regarding the alleged evacuation of the residents of Stepanakert, Karabakh’s capital. The Azerbaijani special services thus seek to spread panic among the population, the NSS added. The Artsakh National Security Service on Tuesday, January 24 urged people against giving in to fake news and keep calm, as well as notify the authorities in the event of receiving questionable messages.
