Robert Kocharian's separate meeting with Latvian President Vaira Vike-Freiberga took place. Then Armenian-Latvian wide membership negotiations were also held. Agreements on mutual trips of the citizens of the two countries and passing and accepting persons were signed. The Latvian President considered the signed accords as the first step towards developing cooperation between the two countries.
