  Karabakh authorities want to discuss urgent humanitarian issues with Azerbaijan April 11, 2023 - 13:10 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The authorities of Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) have sent a proposal to Azerbaijan to hold a meeting at the headquarters of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Karabakh to discuss urgent humanitarian issues, the NKR Infocenter reports. The proposal was sent through the peacekeeping mission, which would also mediate the meeting, should an agreement be reached. The Azerbaijani Presidential Administration said in mid-March that Azerbaijan offered Karabakh Armenians a meeting in Baku. Karabakh authorities said back then that the Armenian side prefers to continue negotiations with the mediation of the Russian peacekeeping forces.
