According to him, civilians are now cut off from both Stepanakert – Karabakh’s capital – and the opportunity to leave for the Republic of Armenia «Before Azerbaijan set up a checkpoint and closed the road in that area, three children from the Mets Shen community, one of them three years old, left for the city of Goris and now they cannot return to their parents. There is a similar situation in the Lisagor community: several residents of the community have been stranded in the Republic of Armenia,” Nersisyan said on social media. “In order to organize the movement of ambulances from said communities to the Republic of Armenia and the return of our citizens, I have appealed to the Russian peacekeeping forces, in connection with which concrete steps will be taken tomorrow and, I hope, we will have solutions to these and other problems.” Top stories The Cabinet of Ministers decided on Thursday, November 9 to allocated AMD 120 million to arrange the gathering.
