RA President: We have to introduce clarity in current European security systemApril 24, 2009 - 22:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Current European security system was formed dozens of years ago, when it was hard to predict today's realities. Now that threats have considerably changed, amendments and clarifications should be introduced, RA President Serzh Sargsyan said when interviewed by Russia Today RF TV Channel."I'd like to bring an example of OSCE agreement effectiveness. OSCE conventional armaments agreement stipulated for individual armament quotes for every country. Azerbaijan has been violating agreement terms over a long period - assisted by several other OCSE member states. I believe, under the circumstances, such agreements need to be revised," Serzh Sargsyan noted. RA President expressed a hope that world powers will consider current financial crises as a sufficient shock to work out global all-European security system.
