However, mere excuses are not enough to absolve the outrageous crime committed in 1915, Hovsep Daghdigyan, representative of Support Committee for Armenia's Cosmic Ray Division, told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter."As an American citizen I regret that the U.S. hasn't recognized the Genocide yet," he said.
