Ertan Tezgor will be accredited as Turkish ambassador to Armenia, Tumgazeteler said. Commenting on the information, RA MFA Press Service Head Tigran Balayan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, "Counties without diplomatic relations can't appoint ambassadors."
