Armenian serviceman injured in Azerbaijan’s shooting

PanARMENIAN.Net - An Armenian soldier was injured in Azerbaijan’s latest ceasefire violation on Monday, August 14, the Ministry of Defense reports.

In particular, the Azerbaijani military opened fire on the Armenian positions near the village of Verin Shorzha, Gegharkunik province.

The serviceman was said to be in serious condition though the Defense Ministry said later that he had undergone surgery and his life was out of danger “at the moment”.
