Azerbaijan detains former Karabakh Foreign Minister

PanARMENIAN.Net - Former Nagorno-Karabakh Foreign Minister Davit Babayan has been detained by Azerbaijan, Haqqin.az reports.

Babayan is accused of “taking part in organizing rocket attacks on residential areas of the Azerbaijani city of Ganja during the 44-day war in 2020.”

Babayab said earlier that he was aware that he was on Baku’s blacklist and had decided to surrender to Azerbaijan.
