  Top Armenian diplomat to join “3+3” regional talks in Iran October 23, 2023 - 17:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 23, in Tehran upon invitation of the Iranian side, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan will participate in the regional consultative platform (“3+3”), a spokesperson for the Foreign Ministry said in a short statement.
