AZERBAIJAN HAMPERS REGIONAL COOPERATION, ARMENIAN PARLIAMENT COMMISSION CHAIRMAN STATES

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan hampers the regional cooperation with its non-constructive policy. Armenian parliamentary commission for foreign relations chairman Hovanes Hovanesian has stated that at the meeting with the deputy head of the East department of the Great Britain MFA Dominic Schreder. According to Hovanesian, economic cooperation is precondition for the regional conflict settlement, whereas "Azerbaijan creates demarcation lines and puts off the possible settlement of the Karabakh issue".
