Protest is not an end in itself. It's the authorities, who provoke public protests," Stepan Demirchyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. Asked about ARF Dashnaktsutyun's secession from the ruling coalition, Demirchyan reduced himself to saying, "Time will show."
