Beglaryan has also been also charged within a case initiated by Azerbaijan over the “Khojaly genocide”. Prior to that, he was accused of illegally crossing the border. Beglaryan got lost and found himself in territory controlled by Azerbaijan back in August. The incident occurred near the village of Aghavno.
