Iraqi President visits Armenian Genocide memorial

PanARMENIAN.Net - President of Iraq Abdul Latif Rashid on Tuesday, November 21 visited the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial in Yerevan to commemorate the victims of the Armenian Genocide, Armenpress reports.

In Tsitsernakaberd, the Iraqi President placed a wreath at the memorial and laid flowers at the Eternal Flame in honor of the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide.

The President of Iraq arrived in Armenia on an official visit on November 21 to meet with President of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Speaker of Parliament Alen Simonyan.
