US GIVING HUMANITARIAN AID TO KARABAKH - ONE OF GUARANTEES OF PEACE IN CONFLICT ZONE, NKR FOREIGN MINISTER CONSIDERS

PanARMENIAN.Net - Giving humanitarian aid to Nagorno Karabakh by the United States is one of the guarantees of not resuming hostilities in the conflict zone. NKR Foreign Minister Naira Melkumian expressed such opinion in "Washington Post." Naira Melkumian emphasized that the USA was the only state, which gave direct humanitarian aid to Nagorno Karabakh. The NKR foreign ministry head stated that the fact had both humanitarian and political significance and showed that USA came against resumption of any hostilities.
