Negotiations on Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway construction to be held in IstanbulMay 4, 2009 - 17:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On May 9 Transportation Ministers of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Georgia will hold negotiations on Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway construction. A private meeting will be held in Istanbul on the initiative of Turkey.The Ministers will exchange views on railway construction project and sign necessary agreements upon meeting completion, 1news.az reported. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
