Majority of Israeli Jews favor a military strike against Iran's nuclear facilitiesMay 4, 2009 - 21:51 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A new Israeli opinion survey says the majority of Israeli Jews favor a military strike against Iran's nuclear facilities.The poll published Monday by Haaretz newspaper indicates that 66 % of Israeli Jews surveyed backed such an attack on Iran, while 15 % opposed it and 19 %gave no opinion. 75% of those who supported a strike on Iran's nuclear facilities said they would continue to back the attack even if the United States opposed it, but 15 % said they would change their minds based on Washington's position, VOA News reported. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
