Two arrested into shooting at Baku oil academy - ministryMay 4, 2009 - 21:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Two people have been arrested into the April 30 shooting spree at the Azeri State Oil Academy in Baku, the Azeri Prosecutor's General Office and the Azeri Interior Ministry said in a statement.It was established that the earlier detained Nadyr Aliyev together with the armed Farda Gadyrov was involved in the shooting at the Academy, which started at 9.30 a.m. on April 30, the statement reads. Gadyrov's relative, Javidan Amirov, a resident of Georgia's Marneuli district was also detained. Twelve cartridges for an AKM assault rifle and Makarov handgun, as well as 5.4 grams of hashish, were found in Amirov's apartment in Baku, it reads. Aliyev and Amirov were arrested at a court's order, Interfax reported.
