Zhirair Sefilian rejected Armenian citizenship again

PanARMENIAN.Net - The committee on protection of Zhirair Sefilian's rights said Armenian authorities once again rejected to grant Armenian part-time resident status Sefilian, who issued his first bid in 2004. No response has come ever since.
