NKR announces amnesty

PanARMENIAN.Net - President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed Wednesday a decree on the results of consideration of pardon applications.



According to the presidential decree 4 people were granted pardon. 8 convicts were granted partial pardon.



Pardon applications of 36 convicts were turned down due to the gravity and degree of social danger of the committed crimes, reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President.
