Moscow discusses Karabakh peacekeepers “only with Baku”February 10, 2024 - 13:07 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Russia discusses conditions of the stay of its peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh only with the Azerbaijani side, Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Mikhail Galuzin has said in an interview with TASS. “Taking into account the radical change in the situation in Karabakh, the conditions of stay of our peacekeepers are discussed only with the Azerbaijani side,” Galuzin said. “It should be noted that our dialogue with partners is constructive. We resolve all issues that arise in a mutually acceptable manner.
