Azerbaijan distorts Karabakh conflict history

PanARMENIAN.Net - Baku's statements that the refugee issue is the key item in Nagorno Karabakh talks are not true to fact, Armenian senior official said.



"These statement distort the history of the conflict and the settlement process itself," Shavarsh Kocharyan told PanARMENIAN.Net



"The right of nations to self-determination is the basis of Karabakh conflict resolution," he said.
