Despite numerous violations, ceasefire has been maintained for 15 years, an NKR official said. "Now, we wish Yerevan, Stepanakert and Baku signed an agreement to confirm commitment to ceasefire and to resolve the conflict in compliance with the international norms," Vahram Atanesyan, head of NKR NA committee on external relations, told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. He also stressed that registration of Nagorno Karabakh as full-fledged party to talks held in the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
