  Speaker of Nagorno Karabakh National Assembly welcomes youth activitiesMay 15, 2009 - 00:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On May 14 Ashot Gulyan, speaker of the Nagorno Karabakh National Assembly, met with the delegation of Armenia's youth organizations taking part in the conference "Youth, reality, perspectives, Artsakh". Speaker Ashot Gulyan presented historical and political base of the Karabakh problem, the process of the settlement of the conflict, press office of the National Assembly of NKR reports.
