"At the moment, the main topic on Azerbaijan's agenda is COP29 until the end of November. Most likely, starting in December, a new process will begin between Armenia and Azerbaijan regarding the discussion and continuation of negotiations of the text of the peace treaty," he said, TASS reports. According to Hajiyev, there are certain questions in the text of the document. "Therefore, discussions and negotiations at the expert level continue. Because the Armenian side did not respond in time to our proposals regarding the text of the peace treaty. And therefore, we have a delayed process in this context. Surely, starting in December, there will be a new process," he added. ![]() ![]() The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
