Greta Thunberg to join protest outside UN office in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Environmental activist Greta Thunberg will join a protest outside the UN office in Armenia on November 15, the Armenian Climate Justice Initiative reports.

The demonstration will raise issues related to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, including the Armenian captives still being held in Azerbaijan, protection of Armenian cultural heritage, and the impact of such factors on the climate.

On November 14, Thunberg participated in a panel discussion titled “Impact of Azerbaijan’s Aggression on Human Rights and Environmental Protection” in Yerevan.
