  Armenia to join Assembly of ICC States Parties for the first time December 2, 2024 - 12:19 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On December 2, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will pay a working visit to the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Following Armenia’s joining to the International Criminal Court in February, Mirzoyan will for the first time participate in the 23rd session of the Assembly of States Parties in the Hague .
