"Of course, the deliberate absence of one of the members does not create a positive image for Armenia," the State Secretary of the Security Council said on Belarus 1 on Sunday, December 1. However, he added, Armenia’s absence does not affect the overall agenda of the organization, Sputnik Armenia reports. According to Volfovich, all issues that were discussed and agreed upon at the meeting of the foreign ministers, defense ministers and secretaries of the Security Councils of the CSTO member states in Astana on Thursday were submitted for consideration by the heads of state. ![]() ![]() The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
