Armenia approves EAEU property valuation agreement

PanARMENIAN.Net - The government has approved the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) agreement on cooperation in property valuation. The regulation aims to establish procedures for information exchange to ensure administrative collaboration among EAEU member states and support the single property valuation market within the Union.

The agreement outlines processes for member states' authorized bodies, including Armenia's State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre, to share information on regulatory acts, private valuers' registries, and market-related reports.

In September 2024, the project was approved at a meeting of the Eurasian Economic Commission Council.
