  Police detain suspect in axe attack on Old City woman February 21, 2025 - 17:15 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A woman in her 50s was assaulted inside her residence in the Armenian Quarter of Jerusalem's Old City, the Jerusalem Post reported, citing the national emergency service. According to Rescue Judea and Samaria Without Borders, the attacker broke into the woman’s home and struck her with an axe. The victim was found in critical condition, suffering from deep wounds to her upper body and limbs.
