Armenian gymnasts secure gold at World Cup

PanARMENIAN.Net - Olympic silver medalist and world and European champion Arthur Davtyan won the first stage of the World Cup.

In the vault final held in Cottbus, Germany, Arthur Davtyan scored 14.900 points, securing first place, reports Armenpress.

Another representative of Armenia’s gymnastics team, Vahagn Davtyan, won gold in the rings final of the first stage of the World Cup, Armenpress reports.

He claimed victory with a score of 14.133 points.

In the same event, another Armenian gymnast, Arthur Avetisyan, finished in fourth place. Earlier, Hamlet Manukyan and Mamikon Khachatryan competed in the pommel horse event but did not secure podium finishes.
