Vardan Ghukasyan’s supporters protest at U.S. Embassy![]() March 3, 2025 - 17:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A protest took place in front of the U.S. Embassy, where members and supporters of the DOK party demanded that their leader, Vardan Ghukasyan, not be extradited. They chanted "Freedom, freedom," as reported by Aysor.am . The party said in a Facebook post, "Our goal is to present the situation to the embassy and voice the inadmissibility of his extradition, as it could threaten his life. Our action is aimed exclusively at raising awareness." Levon Baghdasaryan, Ghukasyan's lawyer, noted that his client is neither detained nor arrested but may face certain restrictions on his freedom.
