Armenia rejects Azerbaijan’s false claims of gunfire![]() March 5, 2025 - 18:05 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian Ministry of Defense has denied Azerbaijan's claims that on March 4, at approximately 22:05, Armenian armed forces allegedly opened fire on Azerbaijani positions in the southeastern section of the border. The ministry dismissed this information as false. Meanwhile, the Armenian Prime Minister’s Office has proposed the creation of a joint Armenia-Azerbaijan mechanism to investigate ceasefire violations and related reports. However, Azerbaijan has not responded to the proposal. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
