15.5% of Armenians favor U.S. for socio-economic ties

PanARMENIAN.Net - A recent survey by the GALLUP International Association indicates that Armenian citizens associate the country's socio-economic development opportunities with various geopolitical centers, ranging from Russia to the European Union and the United States.

Aram Navasardyan, Director of GALLUP International Association, presenting the survey results, stated that 27.8% of citizens see prospects for solving Armenia's socio-economic problems in cooperation with Russia, reports Aysor.am.

Among the respondents, 25.8% prefer the European Union. Additionally, 15.5% are convinced that the United States is the best partner for Armenia's socio-economic development, while 13.3% favor Iran.
