Peskov says Russia-Armenia ties remain unchanged

PanARMENIAN.Net - Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov has assured that cooperation between Russia and Armenia has not been interrupted and cannot be severed. He made the statement while speaking to journalists, commenting on Armenian media reports that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had instructed all state agencies to restore contact with their Russian counterparts.

"In fact, relations between Russia and Armenia have never been severed, nor can they be. Armenia is a friendly nation to us, a sovereign state, and we share a great deal in common—bilaterally, historically, culturally, and through our joint participation in such an important integration framework as the Eurasian Economic Union", Peskov said.
