  Iran, Armenia discuss new Arax bridge project March 25, 2025 - 19:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Iran and Armenia are discussing the possibility of building an additional bridge over the Arax River. This was announced by Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi during a joint press conference with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, as reported by Aysor.am . “It will facilitate cargo transportation,” Araghchi stated. Mirzoyan noted that both countries are also exploring ways to increase their trade turnover to $3 billion. A presentation will also be held in Yerevan for the Armenian translation of Araghchi’s book The Power of Negotiations. The foreword to the Armenian edition was written by Minister Mirzoyan.
