Azerbaijani blogger strolls freely in central Yerevan

PanARMENIAN.Net - On March 25, a video surfaced online showing an Azerbaijani young blogger freely walking in central Yerevan, stating he was in a "historic city." The Armenian National Security Service has not issued any public statements regarding the incident in the following days.

According to Pastinfo, the Investigative Committee of Armenia has initiated a criminal case under Article 422, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, which pertains to public calls aimed at seizing power, violating territorial integrity, or overthrowing the constitutional order, conducted through publicly displayed works, mass media, or using information or communication technologies. The Investigative Committee's spokesperson, Kima Avdalyan, confirmed the initiation of the criminal proceedings.
