RA MFA presents Crossroads of Peace initiative in Prague![]() April 5, 2025 - 14:30 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On April 4, Davit Karapetyan, Secretary General of Armenia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, participated in a meeting organized by the Armenian Embassy in the Czech Republic, where he presented the “Crossroads of Peace” initiative. The meeting gathered experts from various Czech institutions specializing in political science, research, and analysis. During the discussions, Karapetyan addressed Armenia’s efforts to promote peace in the region and outlined steps taken to ensure long-term regional stability. The Armenian government has developed and presented the “Crossroads of Peace” initiative, which focuses on improving connectivity among Armenia, Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Iran through the reconstruction, construction, and operation of roads, railways, pipelines, cables, and power lines. All infrastructure, including land, rail, air routes, pipelines, cables, and transmission lines, will operate under the sovereignty and jurisdiction of the respective countries through which they pass. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
