Anti-corruption council adopts action plan for 2009-2012May 28, 2009 - 13:22 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan chaired a meeting of the anti-corruption council.The officials adopted the action plan for 2009-2012 and discussed the methods of new institutional monitoring system. To ensure efficient implementation of anti-corruption policy, the Armenian government intends to continue engaging the population in the process. The Prime Minister instructed to hold essential discussions with representatives of executive agencies, National Assembly, donor organizations during 15 days and submit proposals. ![]() ![]() Yerevan has dismissed Turkey’s demand to shut down the Armenian nuclear power plant as “inappropriate”. Armenia will loan 2.9 billion drams to Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh), according to a draft government decision.
