The goal is to highlight critical issues that the Council says can no longer be postponed. “At the Foreign Ministry, we will present demands and concrete actions regarding collective return, release of Armenian prisoners, protection of Artsakh’s cultural heritage and private property, submission of a state application to the International Criminal Court, refusal to drop international legal complaints, and preservation of the OSCE Minsk Group,” the Council stated. At the Prosecutor’s Office, they will report incidents of hate speech against Karabakh Armenians and demand updates on corruption-related investigations concerning former officials in Artsakh. The Council also clarified that it is not affiliated with the rally scheduled for April 12 at Freedom Square. The cancellation of the “40,000+10,000 dram” assistance program for displaced Artsakh Armenians, effective April 1, has sparked deep frustration and fears of increased emigration among the community. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
