  Rubinyan meets Kılıç at Antalya forum April 11, 2025 - 16:10 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian National Assembly Deputy Speaker and Armenia’s special envoy for normalization with Türkiye, Ruben Rubinyan, met with Serdar Kılıç, Turkey’s special representative for the same process, during the Antalya Diplomacy Forum. Rubinyan shared this on X. “I had a good discussion with Serdar Kılıç on the Armenia-Turkey normalization process within the framework of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum,” Rubinyan wrote. Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan, and Deputy Speaker Ruben Rubinyan are attending the Antalya Diplomacy Forum.
