When asked whether Turkey had demanded constitutional changes from Armenia, he responded: "Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has also made statements about constitutional reform. In that context, Armenia will make the necessary amendments to its Constitution," he said, as reported by Haqqin.az . Kılıç also noted that discussions are ongoing with Armenia regarding the restoration of the historic Ani bridge.
