Armenian gymnast qualifies for World Cup finals

PanARMENIAN.Net - Artur Davtyan, a member of Armenia's gymnastics team, Olympic silver medalist, and reigning world and European champion, has qualified for the final round of the World Cup series.

Competing in the fourth stage of the World Cup in Osijek, Croatia, Davtyan scored 14.683 points in the vault event, securing a place in the finals, according to Armenpress.

He has already won two of the previous three stages in the same event.

The finals are scheduled to take place on April 12–13.

Other Armenian finalists include Artur Avetisyan (rings), Vahagn Davtyan (rings), Hamlet Manukyan (pommel horse), and Mamikon Khachatryan (pommel horse).
