Armenian Deputy PM, U.S. ambassador discuss ties![]() April 23, 2025 - 11:02 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan and U.S. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Kristina Kvien discussed key issues in Armenia-U.S. bilateral relations and explored potential paths to deepen their partnership. The meeting also addressed recent regional developments, particularly Armenia's efforts to foster peace and stability in the region. In this context, Deputy Prime Minister Grigoryan highlighted the importance of implementing the Crossroads of Peace initiative. On April 22, Ambassador Kvien also met with representatives of Westinghouse to discuss developments in Armenia’s nuclear energy sector. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
